Shipping Policies
1. Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders over $60 CAD before taxes (same for orders in the U.S.). Free shipping service for Canadian orders is delivered by Uniuni/Fleetoptics/ICS. Free shipping service for US orders is delivered by UPS/Fedex/USPS.
International orders will delivered by APC, PostNL, or UPS. We offer free shipping for orders over $100 CAD before taxes.
2. Pickup
We offer pickup for all orders. Our pick up location is 1888 West 57th Avenue, Vancouver, BC, Canada (in front of Choices Markets). We will send you an email or text message to notify you when your order is available to be picked up and to confirm with you the date and time for the pickup.
3. Local Delivery
We offer free local delivery in the metro Vancouver area for Canadian orders over $65 CAD. We are located on the west side of Vancouver, British Columbia; we deliver to addresses that are within 30km from our location. Therefore, we can deliver to most parts of Metro Vancouver. Your orders will be delivered within 2-4 business days.
We want to ensure all packages are delivered to the right place; therefore, please enter your addresses correctly and contact us immediately if you would like us to deliver to a different location. If the new location is outside the 30km range, we will inform you and may have to cancel your order. If you have special delivery instructions for us, please leave a comment in the Order Special Instruction section on Your Shopping Cart page or contact us.
4. Delayed and/or Lost shipments
We understand that delayed/lost shipments can be frustrating. However, we are not responsible for potential delays and lost shipments once an order is with the courier/postal service. Although we will do our best helping you locate your shipment, we cannot issue refunds for lost packages under any circumstances.
5. Items Damaged During Shipment
We do our best to ensure all items are well-packaged to avoid potential damage during shipment. If you find damages on items upon opening the package, please contact us immediately.
